It seems that most people today want to have a healthier and more active lifestyle ( especially the older we get). We know eating healthy with regular exercise is the way to look and feel better, but many times we fall back into those old habits, that is if we have ever even left them behind in the first place. We know what we need to do but it's the actual doing it, that's hard. It is funny because our spiritual life works the same way.
